Pear Properties Rental Application

All applicants over the age of 18 must complete and sign their own application.

There is an application fee of $45.00 per applicant.  All persons 18 and above living in the property should apply.  You may pay your application fee by Check, Money Order, or Debit/Credit Card.  A 4% fee is automatically added to all credit/debit card transactions.
